At Signature Homes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a piece doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully repackage the product in its original box with all protective padding, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
